Single Cone Single Screw Mixer Optional Menu
1) Can be designed for vacuum or pressurized operation.

4) Sealing device: standard packing seal, skeleton seal, mechanical seal.

1) Cantilevered shaft structure, bearing end not in contact with the material.
2) Very low clearance between the mixing paddle and vessel wall to prevent the material from sticking.

4) Suitable shaft seal construction for each application, with the shaft seal mounted away from the product to ensure that
the tried and tested CLARE MIXERS standard agitator seals are well utilized.
5) GMP-compliant equipment design - special geometries of O-rings, high-quality equipment finishes, and elimination of dead
space.
